Tell me you can look at this stamp set and not start singing????   Today I created a simple I Love You card!  I trimmed out my card base with Red Shimmer Trim.  Then I took a piece of White Daisy cardstock and ran it through my Cuttlebug with an embossing folder- swiss dots.  Next I used the Honey Triangles & Ruby Chevron Washi Tape , creating strips in the center of my card.  I stamped I Love You in Ruby, on a shape cut with Artbooking.  Lastly, I stamped the inside of the card with hearts.    A Quick and Easy Valentine card!  Products used: Red Shimmer Trim Honey T...

This week on the Heart2Heart Challenge blog we are putting something (or someone) special “in the spotlight".  Have you heard of this technique??  I had not... so I had to look it up.  I found lots of great info on this blog HERE.    Here's my Spotlight card: I used a NEW stamp set:  Hello Wonderful (available February 1st).  I stamped one layer in Ruby, then a second layer in Slate.  I used a heart punch on the Slate layer to expose the Ruby on the underneath.  Pretty quick and easy Valentine card :) Be sure to stop on by Heart2Heart and play along with our monthly challenges!

Today lets talk about LOLLYDOODLE!  What a fun name for a paperpack.  It screams whimsy, bright colors and girly! Today lets talk about SKYLARK!  I love the muted, neutral colors of this paper pack.  This is the featured paper pack in the Spring Consultant Kit.   Today I created a card using some scraps from Skylark.  I used all three patterns, and both sides of the papers. The stamped image is from Banner Wishes , and it sits on a piece of kraft cardstock that I stamped with Universal Backgrounds.   I added some black hemp stitched at the top as well.   This fits Heart2Hearts challenge for the week:  Two Faced Here's some more peeks at Skylark: ...
