When the Art Philosophy bundle first came out, I saw a few consultants making flower wreaths.  I loved them of course but though, boy that's A LOT of work.... A couple of my team members have recently been making them too.... and then one of them mentioned that she was going to do a patriotic one.  I thought- YES!  That's exactly what I'm going to do too!  I got to work cutting flowers from my Art Philosophy cartridge .  I cut over 160 flowers at 2", 2 1/2" and 3" to fill this 10" wreath.  I'm going to be making some more too :)  Turns out rolling flowers can be done just about anywhere.... on a break at work, while watching TV, while sitting at Allie's dance class... YOU should try making one yourself!  I'd love to see it if you do :)

Nothing beats combining the love for TWO businesses into one project!  I needed a mirror to add to my Jewel Kade display.  I had one in the closet in the "to alter" pile.  So I got it out, pulled out some CTMH supplies and got to work! I started by spray painting the frame white.  It took three coats and was not fully covered.  But that was ok, and the look I was going for.  I sanded it smooth a little.  Then I painted a layer of CTMH's Create a shade Pearl Paint to give it a little shimmer.  I used the Wings Workshop stamp set and Juniper ink to create the damask pattern.  Then I stamped JK using archival Black ink and Building Block Alphabet.  I used some fat gingham ribbon to create rolled ribbon roses and attached them to the bottom corner.  The paint and ink took a while to dry, so I heat set it (a little too much in one spot, but shhhhh). I made one of these for Halloween that said BOO and it turned out so cute that I wanted to make another for Christmas! This was super easy to make!
