Do you WASHI???   Washi Tape is one of the new and super trendy products being used.  I'm not afraid to jump on the bandwagon :)  CTMH now has a Slate Polka-Dot Washi Tape (and I HOPE there are lots more to come!!!)  I also have picked up a couple others at Michaels recently. This weeks Color My Heart Color Dare is JUNIPER.  I decided to use Juniper as the accent color for my card today. I used the black banner stamp set from Artiste Kudos , CTMH's Slate Washi Tape , CTMH's Silver Shimmer Trim and a black arrow washi tape.  The sentiment is from Artiste Birthday , stamped in Juniper, then popped on foam tape. A simple card like this, called for some dressing up of the inside too.  I stamped Happy Birthday from Perfect Fit Birthday and added some Slate Washi Tape to the bottom. Welcome back to Day 10 of the Artiste in August Blog Hop!!  You should be arriving from Amy's Blog .  Your next stop will be PAMELA'S BLOG.   Today I am featuring a gift card holder, found on page 55 in the handbook.  I cut this card at 5 1/2" so that it would be about 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 (A2 sized card).  I cut it in creme brule cardstock, then cut the lagoon pattern from Footloose at 4 1/2".  I cut the Footloose pattern cut in half at the score line and adhered it on the top.  For the sentiment, I used the Cricut Artiste stamp set Birthday and coordinating cut on page 35, stamping Happy Birthday in Pear ink.  The inside of the card looks like this:  You put a gift card in the pop up part :)  I stamped celebrate in Pear.     Cricut Artiste- now available!   The fabulous Cricut Artiste Collection! is now available to order!
