The Cricut Artbooking cartridge has some amazing cuts on it.  I have been working on some baby projects for my cousin lately, to display in her newly opened Ultrasound Studio. Today I want to show you my Baby Girl Frames. This 12x12 frame uses an overlay cut in Sweet Leaf card stock, a photo frame cut in Whisper card stock and backed it in a pink patterned paper from Lollydoodle .  I then cut Hello World, Baby Girl and the Owl on a Limb using Cotton Candy Pink, Kraft &\ Slate Grey.  I added some Pink Sparkles for accents.  All of the cuts are from Artbooking, cut at 11". This frame is a smaller version, at 8x8.  This frame features an overlay cut in Blush, Photo frame in Chocolate.  Baby Girl and the Giraffe were cut in Chocolate & Hollyhock.  I added some Brown & Tan sparkles for accents.  All cuts are from Artbooking , cut at 7 1/2".   Take a look at the display at Oh Baby Ultrasound:   Stop by...

This week's theme at Heart2Heart Challenges is The Spice of Life. I struggled with this theme for a while, until I came across the Artbooking cut "sugar & SPICE".  So it's a little out of the box, but here's my Sugar & Spice girly card :) This 6x6 card features Lollydoodle papers &  compliments , Flamingo Dots , Silver Shimmer Trim and *new* Silver Sequins (coming in August). To create this card, I cut the overlay with Artbooking from the G key at 5 1/2" in White Daisy, a bracket frame from Artiste at 4" in the pink pattern, Sugar & Spice from Artbooking at 1 3/4" in both Pear & Juniper.  Once all the pieces were cut, this was easy to put together :) Don't forget that the  Lollydoodle papers  &  compliments   are on the Summer Retiring list, and are only available through July 31st.  Pick your set up today!!! My princess turns 6 today! She is having a princess themed birthday, so I created Princess Castle Invitations.  I used the Once Upon a Princess and Paper Doll Dress Up cartridges.  Her favorite colors:  Cotton Candy Pink, Gypsy Purple, Pear Green.  Then I created her Birthday Card using the Mojo Monday sketch #347 .  I used Lollydoodle papers , Topiary Chevron Ribbon and another princess cut from Once Upon a Princess.  Her party is in a couple weeks still, so I'll have more creations to share then :)

This week's challenge over at Heart2Heart is "In the Garden".  I got to thinking about how I could incorporate lots of flowers into a project.  Then I remembered that I've been dying to try the "card in a box" card... I have seen these Cards in a Box everywhere so I looked up some awesome directions and gave it a try!  I used the Lollydoodle paper pack for this one.  One of the b&t papers has whimsical flowers all over it, so I started cutting them out.  These box cards are SUPER EASY to assemble- and FUN too! I used Artiste to cut the shape for my sentiment from Joyful Birthday , and backed it with Green Glitter Paper.   Here's what the card looks like when closed, like you would pull it out of an envelope. Welcome to the Close To My Heart Stamp of the Month Blog Hop for May 2014- You've Got a Friend If you have come here from Krista's Blog , you're on the right path.  This month we have over 50 amazing artists' blogs for you to visit.   This set of 5 sentiments is SO FUN!  You'll be able to create all kinds of artwork with this one!   This weekend I started working with this set "You've Got a Friend" and got on a roll.  I created several cards that I want to share with you :) You Are the Best: This first one is created using Lollydoodle papers and Flamingo dots.   This second one features Honey Triangle Washi Tape , Black Shimmer Trim , Red Washi tape & Metallic Bakers Twine. Merci Beaucoup: On this card, I used Ariana papers and Black Mini Medley .  I stamped the sentiment once in white and trimmed, then again on Sorbet cardstock with black ink and trimmed out just the mustache. ...

I had my Spring Card Class this week and wanted to share the cards that the ladies created :) We created two each of these 3 cards: Top left:  Skylark papers , Teal shimmer trim, Frame Flair stamps & Joyful Birthday Stamps Top Right:  scraplift of Jody G.  Ariana Papers , Striped embossing folder, Artiste & Ariana Assortment Bottom:  Free To Be Me papers (May special), Teal shimmer trim , Perfect Polka-Dot Day stamp, Aqua Dots Then they created these 4 cards (basically just flipping the papers over for a new look). This week over at Heart2Heart , it's all about HEARTS!!!! Since it's Valentine's week, I'm going to show you a couple of cute projects I created for my latest Kids Kraft Klass!  This one had 11 (ELEVEN) kids at it, ages 4-11.  What a BLAST it was!   First, I had the kids create this HEART wreath!  I used a tutorial from THIS blog , and it was really easy for the kids to make.  The hardest part was stapling all the hearts together (meaning, hard for some to actually push the stapler all the way down!)   I used a variety of papers to create this wreath, including Laughing Lola, Lollydoodle, Sarita, Timberline (these 4 are current ), Dream Pop, For Always, Footloose, Lucy,  & Chantilly (all retired).  Though the tutorial says to use glue dots.... 11 kids x 9 hearts = way too many glue dots!  So we stapled the papers to make the heart shape & stapled them together.     Stop by tomorrow to see what else we cre...
