Today I'm proud to show you the adorable treat bags that I'm making for my kid's friends for Halloween :) I used the CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge to cut everything on this treat bag. I set it at 5 1/2" for the bag itself (So I could get 2 treat bags per 12x12 sheet). I created the candy corn image by cutting the pennant shape in white, orange and yellow cardstock. I then cut the colors to make a candy corn, and of course flipped the pennant to be a triangle! The candy corn was stamped with "Trick or Treat" from the Close to my Heart stamp set Thriller (2010). This weekend's two-day hop will show you some tricks (hopefully you'll learn something new), and some treats, hopefully won't be too spooky, but most of all will be FuN!!!!! Here's a FAVORITE project of mine for you: This Witch wall hanging was super easy to create! I took a 9x9 canvas and Mod Podged some newspaper clippings right onto it. Then I painted the edges black. I used the "A Child's Year" cricut cartridge to cut the witch out at 7". I Mod Podged that on top and voila! 30 minute project!! Keep on hoppin until the end :) April Showers is our theme, and I went with the "shower" theme and made baby cards for baby showers! I am addicted to making these stacked present cards lately! I first saw one that my friend Jayma made, who found it on Vicki's blog. Recently, I saw a couple cute ones on Haley's blog too. I cut my paper strips at 1.25 tall x 3, 2.25 and 1.5 long. Add a ribbon down the center, or just a bow on top and you're set! I used the Sweet Baby stamp set and Polka Dot Alphabet for my sentiments. Now I'm all set for the next baby shower..... (though I don't know any preggos right now). This design is also great for Birthday Cards too!!!! Welcome to the Paper Secrets Spooky Blog Haunt. I have made a couple Wall Art projects to share with you today! This Witch wall hanging was super easy to create! There are some CUTE layouts in there that I'd like to lift!!
