This week's challenge over at Heart2Heart is "In the Garden".  I got to thinking about how I could incorporate lots of flowers into a project.  Then I remembered that I've been dying to try the "card in a box" card... I have seen these Cards in a Box everywhere so I looked up some awesome directions and gave it a try!  I used the Lollydoodle paper pack for this one.  One of the b&t papers has whimsical flowers all over it, so I started cutting them out.  These box cards are SUPER EASY to assemble- and FUN too! I used Artiste to cut the shape for my sentiment from Joyful Birthday , and backed it with Green Glitter Paper.   Here's what the card looks like when closed, like you would pull it out of an envelope. I had my Spring Card Class this week and wanted to share the cards that the ladies created :) We created two each of these 3 cards: Top left:  Skylark papers , Teal shimmer trim, Frame Flair stamps & Joyful Birthday Stamps Top Right:  scraplift of Jody G.  Ariana Papers , Striped embossing folder, Artiste & Ariana Assortment Bottom:  Free To Be Me papers (May special), Teal shimmer trim , Perfect Polka-Dot Day stamp, Aqua Dots Then they created these 4 cards (basically just flipping the papers over for a new look). Welcome to the Close To My Heart Stamp of the Month Blog Hop for March 2013- featuring Floral Happiness Floral Happiness, a set of 16, is perfect for using the 2-step stamping techni que!    If you have come here from KATY'S BLO G , you're on the right path.  If you get lost along the way, you'll find a complete hop list at Helen's Blog! This stamp set is not typically "my style", but I challenged myself to stamp the flowers for this month!  I love how they came out! My card today is based on the Mojo Monday Sketch #282 .  I used the die-cut shaped cards as my base.  First I used Honey ink to stamp the flowers in a cluster at the top of my card.  I stamped the solid image in second generation, then they detail on top in full color.  I used some black shimmer trim along the bottom left and paper from For Always .  I used the new Joyful Birthday set for the sentiment.  I added some black t...
