Mother's Day Cards & More

HaPpY MoThErS DaY!!!!!!

I want to share with you the Mother's Day cards that I have created this week :)
There are many "mothers" in my life, so I thought I'd celebrate them all!  These cards go out to my mom, mother-in-law, sister-in-law (first time mom!!), grandmother & aunts. I'm also sharing a baby card, thank you card and a gift!

This card was inspired by an older sketch that I used HERE.  I used Lucy & Chantilly papers to make the rosettes and the Perfect Fit Mom stamp set.

This card uses Freshly Made Sketch #85.  I used my cuttlebug to emboss the Buttercup cardstock and ran hollyhock ink over the dots.  The papers are Chantilly and the sentiment is from Perfect Fit Mom.

This card features the Claire paper pack and Perfect Fit Mom.  I added some Colonial White Rosette Ribbon and some Pearl Opaques to this card.

How about some Dream Pop!!!  This card was made on a White Daisy Die-Cut Card with Dream Pop papers & Perfect Fit Mom.

Using another Die-Cut Card, this one features For Always paper that I colored Cotton Candy.  I used the "direct to paper" method to color the paper pink.  Silver Shimmer trim is the perfect embellishment for this card, which also uses Perfect Fit Mom.

Today we are not just celebrating moms, but my (hubby's) cousin finally had her baby girl yesterday, so she gets a special Baby/Mother's day card.  This card uses Dream Pop cardstock with Lucy papers.  I used the New Arrival stamp set along with A Typeface.  I used the masking technique to make the sentiment 2 colors.

My brother-in-law and his fiance are hosting a Mother's Day Brunch, so I made this card as a Thank You to them!  They really are fabulous party throwers & hosts :)  I created a starburst out of diagonal shaped Clementine paper strips, then added the Clementine Canvas shape on top!

Last, but not least, I want to share with you the canvas I made for my mom (well parents really) for Mother's Day.  I created it with her, so that she could pick out the colors she wanted.  This canvas was made through Jewel Kade!  This is a gift from my Brother (& family) and myself (& family).

You've been a busy stamper! So glad you took time to make a lovely card with our sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.
Love the little elephant in two-tone! Super-cute! Thanks for playing along with us at the Color Dare this week. :)
Wow! You've been busy. Thanks for joining us (twice) at Color My Heart. I'm going back and forth over which is my favorite and I simply can't decide. I'm sure every one of the recipients, both mothers and teachers, will be overjoyed to receive such a thoughtful gift.

Both pink cards are great--I think I especially like the one you "inked pink". Great idea which you could recreate in any colour. Thanks for playing along at Color My Heart this week.

CTMH- Everything ABC's Blog Hop- E is for Easter

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop! For this hop we will be featuring the letter E. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their E element will be featured in their post. If you have just hopped onto my blog, you can start at the beginning at Amber's blog ~ Scrapper's Therapy  If you came from Shelly ~ Just One Piece then you're on the right track! E is for EASTER You may recall a few months ago, I posted a couple layouts from the baby album I am making for my niece.... well she's now 3 months old and I only finished through 4 months!  I have some work to do..... Today I created an Easter Layout using THIS layout as my inspiration.  The Chantilly paper pack is perfectly girly and springy!  I cut two strips of the green pattern, then sliced it up to make it look like grass.  Using Art Philosophy, I cut out a bunch of different eggs in 1 1/2", 1 3/4" and ...
