Welcome back to Day 2 of the Artiste in August Blog Hop!! You should be arriving from Amy's Blog. Your next stop will be PAMELA'S BLOG.
Today we are creating the Gable Box, found on page 37 in the handbook (and 7 in the assembly book).
The handbook says to cut this box at 4", but I hit "Fit to Page" and it cut at 4 1/4". I used Desert Sand Cardstock and the new Scholastic papers. I stamped "Back 2 school" at the top in cocoa ink. The stamp can be found in the Scholastic Workshop on the Go. I added a couple Durable Studs to complete the look.
I thought this would make a great little treat box for my son's teacher when he returns to school!
