"Family" Frames Wall Art Decor

I've been working on getting our new home set up!  That includes hanging pictures on the walls (I have MORE wall space for that now), accessorizing bookshelves (MORE of those now too) as well as getting our holiday decorations out.

I came across THIS post a few weeks ago at Lil'Luna and fell in love with it!  I just knew that I was going to make one myself!  So with all the frame sales this weekend at Michael's and JoAnn's, and the Black Vinyl that I had on hand, I was able to create this in just a couple hours!

Supplies:
6 Frames- 9x12, 8x10 oval, 12x12, 8x10 w border, 8x10, 10x10
Black Vinyl
Cricut cartridges:  Storybook, Alphalicious, Jasmine, Cuttin Up, Opposites Attract


And just because it looks funny in the picture.... The wall art and my components are centered under our vaulted ceiling beams, but that air vent is not centered- making things look off center- booo!

CTMH- Everything ABC's Blog Hop- E is for Easter

CTMH- Washi Tape Card

Do you WASHI???   Washi Tape is one of the new and super trendy products being used.  I'm not afraid to jump on the bandwagon :)  CTMH now has a Slate Polka-Dot Washi Tape (and I HOPE there are lots more to come!!!)  I also have picked up a couple others at Michaels recently. This weeks Color My Heart Color Dare is JUNIPER.  I decided to use Juniper as the accent color for my card today. I used the black banner stamp set from Artiste Kudos , CTMH's Slate Washi Tape , CTMH's Silver Shimmer Trim and a black arrow washi tape.  The sentiment is from Artiste Birthday , stamped in Juniper, then popped on foam tape. A simple card like this, called for some dressing up of the inside too.  I stamped Happy Birthday from Perfect Fit Birthday and added some Slate Washi Tape to the bottom.
