CTMH -- Clear Card + 1 More Week

Did you know you can run the CTMH Clear Cards through a cuttlebug to emboss them????  IT'S TRUE!  And it looks amazing!

I used the embossing folder "spots and dots", placed my card inside and ran it through.  Then I used sandpaper and rubbed over the embossed images.  Doing that gave it a frosted look, making the embossing stand out even more!  These clear cards are now a MUST HAVE!!!!  Look how much fun:

CTMH- Everything ABC's Blog Hop- E is for Easter

CTMH- Washi Tape Card

Do you WASHI???   Washi Tape is one of the new and super trendy products being used.  I'm not afraid to jump on the bandwagon :)  CTMH now has a Slate Polka-Dot Washi Tape (and I HOPE there are lots more to come!!!)  I also have picked up a couple others at Michaels recently. This weeks Color My Heart Color Dare is JUNIPER.  I decided to use Juniper as the accent color for my card today. I used the black banner stamp set from Artiste Kudos , CTMH's Slate Washi Tape , CTMH's Silver Shimmer Trim and a black arrow washi tape.  The sentiment is from Artiste Birthday , stamped in Juniper, then popped on foam tape. A simple card like this, called for some dressing up of the inside too.  I stamped Happy Birthday from Perfect Fit Birthday and added some Slate Washi Tape to the bottom.
