Close To My Heart Convention week is my favorite week of the year!  It's the most wonderful time of the year.  What makes it even better is that it's held at Disneyland- my favorite place!  Double the fun!! This year, I headed down a day early so I could spend time with my friends from all over the US.  These ladies are some of my dearest friends, they're inspiring and supportive.  We spent the day by the pool then headed to dinner.   One of my favorite parts of convention is checking in!  We get our name tag, ribbons and agendas.  This year, I got a "Presenter" because I taught a class, "Director", "Hawaii 2015" for earning the incentive trip & "CTMH 5K" for the 5k fun run through Disney.  I also was surprised to get an Award Recipient pin in my bag!!!!!   Leadership Day was Wednesday.  The leaders of CTMH get to come a day early and learn a little more about how to better serve their teams.  These are all the ...

Wow!  It's been about 6 weeks since I've blogged.  Seems like forever! Where have I been???  Busy, just busy.  No other excuses than that.   Fear not!  I've been busy crafting, working, making memories with the family, going to convention, taking mini vacations with my family.  AND I'm back, back to blogging!   So here's a little recap :) School got out the first week of June.  Last year I made this super cool sign.  I used Artbooking, Art Philosophy and a black foam board.  I placed the "last" star on velcro, so that I could swap it out with a "1st" sign (for the first day of school).  Then Father's Day happened!  My daughter and I painted baseball glove canvases for my hubs and my father in law.   I created this fun Father's Day card using strips of Jackson paper and the Best Dad Ever stamp set.  So quick and easy!   I created this mini album for my dad, filling it with p...
