We made these cards in my Dream Pop card workshop.  Basically, the starburst starts along the left edge of the card base, instead of in the center.   Here are the steps: *Cut 1.5" x 5.5" strips of patterned paper (double sided is best). *Take strip and turn it in your cutter so that it's diagonal.  Line up opposite corners along your cut line and CUT.  Now you have 2 diagonal strips *Starting at the left side of the card, line up a straight edge along the fold of the card.  *Fan out the rest of your pieces, making sure to cover the top and ...

It has been a while since I showed you the first set of layout from the CTMH Southern Caribbean Cruise.  To be honest, I have not even finished them yet.  I probably have 3 more of the pre-made ones from CTMH to complete still.  However, here are the remaining FINISHED layouts: In my last post ( HERE ), I showed you the Cruise Earners, and our first two stops- St. Croix and St. Kitts.  Our 3rd Stop was Dominica.  That day, we decided to to a river tubing adventure with a big CTMH group.  The tubing photos are still on that disposable waterproof camera waiting to be developed (YIKES!)  But after that, about half of our group headed to a waterfall hike.  This layout features LOTS of stamped flowers, rock n rolled in two colors, creating my own background.   Our 4th stop was Grenada.  There we hired a driver to take us all over the island- so much fun!  I had to mix it up a little with this layout, after stamping 100's of...

Welcome to the Stampers with an Attitude Blog Hop!  Our theme today is FUN IN THE SUN! Yesterday, here in Fresno CA, it was a record high of 109!  It was also our first official day of summer vacation.  Way to welcome summer.  We beat the heat by swimming several times throughout the day. My ideal way of beating the heat, is to head out to the California Coast- Pismo Beach, Monterey, & Santa Cruz are our go-to spots.
