*$7 per month or $5 with a $25 CTMH order.
*Must sign up by the 15th of the month.  Layouts will be completed the last Sunday of the Month, 12-4pm.

*Can be mailed for an additional shipping charge of $3.  Layouts will NOT have any stamping.
