CTMH -- 2011 Calendar Pages via Studio J

For the last 4 years, I have created 12x12 scrapbooked calendars for my parents, my in-laws and for myself.  The first two years, I did traditional scrapbooked pages on the calendars.  Last year I started using Studio J for my calendar pages.  The Studio J calendars were a HUGE HIT!!!!!  Both mom's commented on how beautiful the pages were and how much lighter and thinner the calendar was!  Not to mention, they could be fully embellished without the bulk!

CTMH- Everything ABC's Blog Hop- E is for Easter

CTMH- Washi Tape Card

Do you WASHI???   Washi Tape is one of the new and super trendy products being used.  I'm not afraid to jump on the bandwagon :)  CTMH now has a Slate Polka-Dot Washi Tape (and I HOPE there are lots more to come!!!)  I also have picked up a couple others at Michaels recently. This weeks Color My Heart Color Dare is JUNIPER.  I decided to use Juniper as the accent color for my card today. I used the black banner stamp set from Artiste Kudos , CTMH's Slate Washi Tape , CTMH's Silver Shimmer Trim and a black arrow washi tape.  The sentiment is from Artiste Birthday , stamped in Juniper, then popped on foam tape. A simple card like this, called for some dressing up of the inside too.  I stamped Happy Birthday from Perfect Fit Birthday and added some Slate Washi Tape to the bottom.
