CTMH-- Autumn Winter New Product Sneak Peak

I am knee deep in preparing for the ALL DAY CROP & IDEA BOOK PARTY this Saturday, August 28 here in Fresno! (Literally, paper everywhere, my office is a disaster).

I did get a chance to create a couple new cards this week to showcase new colors, new paper and new stamps!!

I recently came across a fellow CTMH consultant's blog: Karla Kroese, and was very inspired by her use of the background stamps. So I decided that I needed to break out one of my newer stamp sets: Hit the Spot and one from the Autumn Winter Catalog: A Sip. The new colors I've used are Sky, Pacific, & Smoothie. I also used some paper from the new kit Magnifique.

I decided after creating this first card, that the ribbon was just not doing it for me, so I created another:

Welcome to the Paper Secrets Holiday Blog Hop. I made a couple of things to share with you today. I created this lovely paper tree by punching a LOT of 1 1/4" circles of Mistletoe Paper, then used pearl floral pins to secure them in rows to a styrofoam cone. As I neared the top, I had to use some adhesive so that they did not flare out, but sit in the cone shape. At the top, I stamped 3 stars and adhered them to the top of the cone.
