Happy Valentines features 7 images to celebrate love and Valentine's day!  You will create beautiful cards and or layouts with this set.  If you have come here from KATY'S BLOG, you're on the right path.  If you get lost along the way, you'll find a complete hop list at Helen's Blog!

Today I have created a Valentine's Day card for an upcoming class.  I found inspiration from this card from Pinterest (of course!). 

I cut my card base 4x11" from white daisy cardstock and did a top fold.  Then I used a corner rounder for the bottom corners.  I cut the heart from Artiste and stamped LOVE in it from the Love stamp set.  I used our black striped grosgrain ribbon, with some black shimmer ribbon (**CTMH will have black shimmer trim in the new Idea Book**) on top.  I stamped "with all my Heart" at the bottom.  This black and white card is not complete without a pop of my favorite color- RED!  I used our Red Glitz Glitter gel to make a "U" on the love heart.  I also used the "Happy Valentine's Day" stamp on the inside of the card (not shown).

CTMH Studio J Yearly Calendar

For the last several years, I have created THREE scrapbooked calendars for family and myself.  I used to do this the traditional scrapbook way, but now I do it the Studio J way!

First, I get these awesome 12x12 calendars from CTMH:

I stamp the name of the Month, then write in all the dates and finish it by adding some stamping that coordinates with the calendar page :)  I have tried stamping the dates (takes FOOOREVER!!!), I've tried number/date stickers (too time consuming to get those dang things straight)--- so now I just write them in.  Here's what that looks like (from 2011):


Now for the Scrapbooked part..... I use STUDIO J!!!!!  Why???  It allows me to create a layout ONCE, then print as many as I want!  I could make 20 calendars (but I won't, haha). 
Studio J makes 2-page layouts--- well, sure, it does.  Here's what I do:  1)  Use the same photos on both pages (3 on one page, 3 on the other page) and use them on 2 different calendars.  OR 2)  Create a 2-page layout and use one page on the calendar, and put the other in my album. 
I do the 2nd option most often!  Sometimes, my second layout is completely different from the calendar page.

Q: Will my customers need an online account?

A: To shop online anytime, customers must have an online account. If you have existing customers who don't have an online account and have NEVER attempted to register online, they can sign up for an account on your Stylist website. They simply need to:

• Go to your JK Stylist Personal Website.

• In the upper right corner, click on "Login" then "Sign up."
• Enter an email address, user name and password.

If at some point you or your customer has tried to register online with that email address (but didn't complete the process), the system will show an error. In this case :

• The customer can register using a completely different email address (Gmail or Yahoo are free and easy to create new email addresses).

Q: When will the orders ship?

A: Orders will ship the week of January 7.

If you recall JK's Black Friday sale.... the system crashed, Jewel Kade "sold out" in 10 hours (5,000 charm/chain sets), then added another 4,000 sets, which sold out in another 9 hours. 
Since then---- they have upgraded the system to prepare for this sale.
