Today I have created a heart shaped treat bag using the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge.  This quick and easy treat bag will be for my daughter for Valentine's Day.  This one features the retired "Sweetheart" Paper pack and Wings level 2 ribbons.  I used some white daisy ric rac as a hanger/handle.  
The Mad About You SOTM is a cricut-friendly stamp set, so I was able to cut out the circle shape and then stamp the border in black.  My sentiment is stamped in Tulip Ink.  
I will create another for my son using the Roxie paper pack- to look a little more boy-ish.

CTMH--- Art Philosophy Banner Christmas Tree

What have YOU created for the Holidays this year???

My biggest project this season has definitely been this Christmas Tree:

 

I just LOOOVE how it turned out!  Here's how I made it:

First of all, the idea came from a project I saw at convention by Sara Batkin.  I used ALL Close To My Heart products on the tree, and tons of cuts with my Cricut Art Philosophy!

I used two packages of these banners.  I found that I could cut the banner shape on the Art Philosophy Cartridge to 7" to fit the banners :)

The papers used are the Olive diamond pattern from Lucky, and Olive Cardstock

I stamped some tiny ornaments in Olive ink, then added some Sparkles to them

I created over 40 rolled flowers (remember THIS post).  I used them to create a "garland" across my tree. 

I used hemp to tie each banner together, then cranberry ribbon to make bows (and keep the pieces together too).  Even though its all tied up, I had to tape some cardboard across the backs of the rows to secure them really good!

CTMH--- Christmas Card Class

How would you like to create as many cards as you can in a 2- hour block???

Well once a month, fellow consultant friend Heather and I hold an All You Can Create Card Class!  Last month, we held a Holiday version, where we created several Christmas cards and a couple Halloween and Thanksgiving ones too.  These classes are a HUGE hit and spaces fill FAST!  $20 class fee includes everything you need to create some fabulous cards/ projects!

The next one will be on Monday, November 14 from 7-9pm.  Email me if you'd like to attend (in the Fresno/Clovis area).

At our card classes, there are generally 14+ projects to choose from.  All projects are set up in stations, so you go to the card you want to create, make it, then move to another.  In 2 hours, ladies generally are able to create 8-12 cards/projects.
