3. At the bottom of the screen, locate the line: To sign up or for more information to become a Consultant. “Click Here".
4. It’ll take you into the application.
OR JUST CLICK HERE5. It should only take about 5 minutes to completely do the application.
6. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from CTMH within a few days (usually within 2 days), at which time you’ll have access to the website (with the username and password you input on the application). You will receive your kit in about 1 week to 10 days!
